I can always rely on Japan Wireless. The have never let me down!!!

The process to find the right plan, and to order was extremely simple and easy to understand.

Receiving and using the wireless device was a painless process.
Once connected, everything worked smoothly and there was never a moment I had no signal/connection.
Finally the return process is very straightforward. All in all a worthwhile service.

I have used this service several times over the years. The routers are always providing excellent utility and speed. The service is excellent. I highly recommend for business and non business travellers to Japan

Great service!!! Used it for two week stay in Sasebo. Great reception everywhere I went. I will use it again the next tiMe I visit Japan.

Easy to reserve and delivered day before you need it. Returning is really easy too. I have access to wifi at my parent's house and normally use Japan Wireless when I travel within Japan. Having access to wifi always is a must when traveling since I use Google to get around. Comes with extra battery so don't need to worry if you're out all day.

Easy to use and very convenient

I have been using Japan Wireless for many years every time I visit my family. It always arrive on time to where ever I request, house, hotel, etc. The Wifi is great, just hope it lasts all day without carrying extra battery. Maybe in the future? Thanks for the great service!!

Highly recommend. Have used Japan Wireless in the past while visiting and have never had any issues with connectivity.and it’s super simple to reserve, too
