Excellent service.

The WiFi was a lifesaver on my trip. It lasted very well and the battery life was enough to get me through each day without worry!

Never lost wifi signal during my trip to japan

Super easy to install and use.

This WiFi was perfect for our trip to Japan. It was cost effective, lasted all day and never dropped out. So easy to pickup when we arrived in Tokyo and easy to mail back when we left.

It was very easy to order, the delivery was fast, the components all worked properly, the instructions were very detailed and easy to understand, and I didn't have any issues with connectivity. The drop-off mailing envelope was very convenient. I look forward to using Japan Wireless next time we visit Japan.
