Easy set up and strong connection & speed even outside Tokyo.
Just had some issues in locations where there seems to be interferences/blocks, like deep below subways but overall I got way better experience with this service than getting the mobile router of SoftBank (terrible connection/service even in Tokyo).

I've been going to Japan for the longest time and I only use Japan-Wireless for my pocket Wi-Fi needs. Better than SIM card since multiple people can use it. Price is reasonable, there is always coverage, and very convenient to get and return.

Seamless process, always worked, great speed and no issues for a three week trip across Japan. Great service.
