The device I ordered was delivered on time to my hotel. It was so easy to get working that I didn't need to ask for help. It was so easy to use, worked all the time and was easy to leave at the letter box at the airport. I cannot imagine ever coming to Japan again without ordering pocket wi fifrom Japan Wireless. Made my life so much easier than any other visit to Tokyo when I had no wifi.

I can not imagine if I did not have it when traveling in Japan. It made my travel life much easier. Once I forgot to bring it with me and suddenly, I felt crippled and not sure how to get around the city of Tokyo I knew pretty well. So I had to immediately return to hotel to fetch it. It was easy to pick up and easy to use. Just turn it on and connect your devices. I traveled all around Tokyo and Osaka and had great reception. I experienced some slow speeds during the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka but that is to be expected. Returning it was simple as I just had to find a post office box
