Very reliable wifi service

Highly recommend ! Dropped off at our hotel and we returned at airport

Devices worked fine and even when they gave problems the customer service was spot on.

I enjoyed having the pocket WiFi, it kept me connected all the time

Easy, convenient and a great price!

Awesome and easy to use.

Easy to pick up from Narita airport.
Unit is easy to use.
Went to mountains in Nagano and still had signal. Good coverage.
Speed is ok but not the fastest I have seen.
Battery does not last a day. They include a battery bank but it is an extra item to carry around.

Great service and timely response. Equipment is updated and works seamlessly!

Pick up and Mail Drop off are both very simple. I actually missed the pick up from the mail office because of delay at the customs clearance. With email communication, they sent the pocket wifi directly to the hotel that I was staying the following day.
