Ordered before I left home, was at the hotel waiting when I checked in and provided reliable internet access everywhere we went (Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Osaka). Would definitely use them next time in Japan!

The website made it very easy to order, and with PayPal I felt secure when making my payment. The fact that the website offered free shipping and a 25% discount only made my buying experience even better. I can’t wait to see how the WiFi and pocket translator works.

The instrument was good and useful while communicating to Japanese people. Nice one.

Ive used Japan Wireless on 3 separate trips to Japan now. The convenience of pick up at the Airport post office makes the whole ordeal so simple and saves on time. The devices and auxilary battery work to perfection. A full charge on the device and aux battery will last 12-18hours depending on use. The signal is strong and only ever breaks up when in underground railways which is understandable. Ive never lost coverage when above ground from Tokyo, Osaka, Hiroshima, to Fukuoka!. The return process is super simple, pack it back in the supplied envelope and drop off at any post office before your return trip back home. Highly recommend wifi service over purchasing a SIM vard if staying in japan for less than a month.

Good coverage and excellent service

Great service and communication!

I appreciated the informative website and user-centric design. I felt comfortable and confident booking a pocket wifi for my travel to Japan in May.

Tried Japan Wireless during my last trip and everything went well, from device pick up to drop off. Portable wifi device had no issues, and service was consistent. No hidden charges, too.

Travelling all over Japan for 2.5weeks in Jan 2023, this service was invaluable. Would recommend to anyone.

We walked and utilised public transport a lot this time in Tokyo and Kyoto. This wireless wifi is a godsend so we can use google mss as p to get us to places. Reliable and easy to use. I will certainly rent it again next time I visit japan
