Device was delivered to hotel and was waiting there for us. It worked great all over the mountains of Hakuba area. It was faster than our wired internet at home in Australia even with 3 people connected at the same time. Being able to drop it in the mail box at airport on the way out was also very convenient.

Perfect experience. Wi-Fi works very well.

We spend 10 days in Japan in January 2023. The pocket wifi was fantastic and worked very well in all areas we visited.

Very good wifi connection. Unfortunately the battery is very short and last a bit less than half a day. It is very important to carry the portable charger

No connectivity issue in both Tokyo and Hokkaido. Works well on Shinkansen and even on top of ski resorts too. Speed never drops despite several devices connected. The free powerbank is a very nice touch, though the powerback never runs out of battery! Highly recommended!

I use Japan Wireless every time I travel to Japan or Okinawa. The pucks work great. I use it for my Wi-Fi calling as well as for my computer. Highly recommended.

We are from Brazil and it was our first time on Japan, a trip for Tokyo and Kyoto. The WiFi was at our hotel, so we start to use right after arrival.
Super easy to connect (we didn't have to even read the instructions), very fast and reliable internet. We used on our two smartphones and two tablets.
For return, we just put in the pre paid envelop and dropped at a PO box at the airport.
I recommend the Japan Wireless for everyone as you will need a reliable internet connection to find your way using maps or even to better communication. The price is fair and affordable.
