Great service. The device was easy to use.

The pocket wi-fi was delivered straight to our accommodation full charged. Instructions in English and easy to follow. Coverage was good, with four devices feeding off it. No hassles with connection. It was fast and reliable. The post box at the airport was easy to find so returning it was a breeze. Will be recommending to others and using again on our next trip to Japan.

I am travelling from Canada to Japan in May and I found Japan Wireless has the best plan for my trip. I’ve arranged to pick up my phone at check in at my hotel. I used the coupon and got a great rate. Looking forward to using my pocket wifi. Thanks Japan Wireless
