Been to Japan numerous time and have been using Japan Wireless each time I am there. Easy pick up and return. WIFI worked well for 3 to 4 devices from Tokyo to Kyushu. Prompt customer support.

I always get my pocket wifi from japan wireless. Transaction is very smooth and easy to claim the unit from the information center at the airport just right after you get out of the immigration.
