I have used Japan Wireless for 5 seperate trips to Japan. No complaints for each trip! The internet speed and customer service is great all the time. They answer inquiries and concerns promptly.
They also offer a delivery service to your hotel. A great offer especially if you arrive in Japan late at night and the post office is already close. I will surely get Japan wireless on my next trip as well!

Unfortunately missed my device pick up in Tokyo as I was rushing to catch the train.

Delivered on time to hotel, well packaged, got good internet connection speeds. Only minus was Documentation could have been easier to read and use. No dramas though.

Their storefront in narita airport was easy to find and, the gentlemen working there handed me the pocket wifi with no issues! I would recommend anyone to use Japan wireless! Service was excellent and fast!
