I've been using your company all the time when I go to Japan

No problems at all. Easy pick-up, admin, send-back.

What did I like:
Easy airport pick-up
Price (less than the competition and I also got a discount code)
Comes with a powerbank (you will need this)
No connection problems
Speed was more than fast enough for me
Postal return (avoids stress at airport if running late - especially if delays mean office would be closed)
Also works as a hand-warmer.
What did I not like:
Leaving Japan and heading home!

I used it for a month, it was fast and convenient. The battery could be used for more than 8 hours without charging.
