It was easy to reserve the pocket WiFi online. I had it delivered to the hotel rather than picking up at the airport and when we arrived it was given to us by the front desk. Convenient to return also as there is a mailbox in the family mart in the airport at the lower levels. I dropped it off there before checking in. Good value for money. I got the pocket translator too but this one, I think no need for bec google translate dies it well

Have used Japan Wireless on numerous occasions. Internet fast. Delivery and return ultra convenient. Super easy to recommend this company.

C’est la deuxième fois que je loue le pocket wifi, parfait comme la première fois.

This was a life saver. Affordable and fast too!

Affordable and convenient. Must have to travel Japan

It was easy to purchase and everything was explained on how it worked.

I have been using Japan Wireless WiFi for nearly 2 weeks now and it has been excellent. Great coverage and I can use up to 10 devices on it, not that I have 10. I would recommend it to everyone.

Everything was excellent!

i find it very helpful specially when we were there were just doing our DIY tour

Ordering process was simple, good product.
