Everything was excellent!

i find it very helpful specially when we were there were just doing our DIY tour

The pocket wifi was convenient during my trip and fairly priced only issue was some regions the wifi was slow but other than that it was fine, the process of picking up and dropping off was easy as well, very communicative.

Rented 2 devices, one for each group. Decent internet connection. Remarkable support from Japan Wireless since my flight was canceled I had to ask them to deliver the parcel to my hotel instead of picking it up. It was done smoothly. I just had to email them.

Easy pick up and drop off process the service was consistent and always had coverage even in more remote locations near mount fuji.

Best wifi in Japan easy to order and return. Very affordable also.

Very satisified with the service and all circumstances. I had a 10 day stay and Device and Service run fluently with no interruptions all time. Best thing is to pick it up at the Airport and also return it, at the postal Service.

From that side, it´s always a good recommendation and will use it everytime again.
