Picking up was easy. Go to 5th floor of Narita Airport by Starbucks, pick up package with the tracking number. Used it everywhere, didn't have any issues that i know of in Kyoto, Tokyo, Mt. Fuji area. Return easier, put back in the envelope they enclosed in original package go back to Post office on 5th floor, and drop in the package slot. Would use again on my next trip.
The pocket wifi was absolutely essential for me and my friend's visit around Japan. It was easy to pick up (and drop off) at the airport, easy to set up, and held a good charge - although a battery pack was provided as well. It allowed us to have an internet connection for the entire trip allowing us to navigate, translate and google to our heart's content. One of us would keep it in our bag for the day and both of us would have constant, perfect connection (when we were together!). So great, so convenient. Have recommended to anyone asking me for Japan tips.
Delivery of the unit was on time and returning it was very easy since you can just drop this off at the airport. Connection was likewise fast and stable. Long battery lofe
It was easy to reserve the pocket WiFi online. I had it delivered to the hotel rather than picking up at the airport and when we arrived it was given to us by the front desk. Convenient to return also as there is a mailbox in the family mart in the airport at the lower levels. I dropped it off there before checking in. Good value for money. I got the pocket translator too but this one, I think no need for bec google translate dies it well
Have used Japan Wireless on numerous occasions. Internet fast. Delivery and return ultra convenient. Super easy to recommend this company.

I have been using Japan Wireless WiFi for nearly 2 weeks now and it has been excellent. Great coverage and I can use up to 10 devices on it, not that I have 10. I would recommend it to everyone.
