Great service. Very convenient and effective

Super fast wifi and came with a power bank so lasted all day

This was my second rental from Japan Wireless in 5 years. My portable wifi was ready at the hotel front desk after arriving at Haneda Airport. For three weeks, my wife and I traveled throughout the Tokyo area and southern Japan as far south as Kagoshima. We always had excellent reception and upload/download speeds. The provided battery pack was more than adequate and also essential for a long day. The return process was easy with included mailing envelope at convenient Japan Post mail boxes at Haneda (or anywhere). Good job. Good price, as well.

Easy and good value for money
Highly recommend
Makes it easy to always have WiFi access where- and whenever when traveling in Japan

Excellent, convenient service!

I rent a wireless router from your company for our trip in Japan. I have an excellent experience. It was on time delivery to the hotel I specified. It was an easy return by dropping off in the Postal Office. I will definitely use this company again for our future travel to Japan. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Very easy pickup and drop off. Good signal thought Tokyo and Enoshima, where we visited.

Great device, great service.

I decided to use Japan Wireless after it was recommended by a friend who visits Japan often. The Wi-Fi kit was waiting at our hotel when we got there. Setting it up on our devices was fast and easy. Coverage was great from Hiroshima to Sapporo. The only spotty coverage was in Shibuya on a very rainy day on a narrow street with high-rise buildings. A pre-paid postage envelope was provided to return by mail. For those departing from Narita Airport Terminal 2, there is a mailbox in the Check-In area.

Easy pick up and drop off. Was nice to have wifi when landing after traveling internationally. Worked great our entire 10 day trip.
