WiFi worked great during our two weeks in a
Tokyo. Easy pick up and easy drop off.

Easy to use, easy to return. Delivered to our hotel in less than a day (we ordered late because of the time change) so it was at the hotel the night we arrived. It was a little spotty in some places, and I had to remove the VPN on my phone to use it, but otherwise it was great! Definitely don't leave the battery pack at the hotel - it would stay charged about 18 hours so if you're not charging it overnight you will need it during the day.

Japan wireless is great! It was already in my room when I arrived to Japan and was easy to return and easy to follow instructions.

I found it very easy to use your service, which includes picking up the hardware, linking all my family's devices, and returning the hardware at the airport mailbox. Picking up the hardware at my first hotel in Japan could not have been easier, but being able to return everything at the airport was even better. The next time I visit Japan I will definitely use your service. I will definitely recommend using your service to everyone visiting Japan.

It was really easy ordering the type of portable WIFI that we wanted. The return was simple as well. We had the choice of picking it up at the airport and the time we landed and they closed was good so we picked ours up at the airport but you also had an option to have it delivered to your hotel. In the bag, they included a return envelope that you could drop it off into a mailbox or you could return back at the airport as well. If you were dropping off after hours, they had a slot where you could slide your envelope inside at their store. We had terrific wifi service and it was easy to connect to your devices such as cell phones, laptop, tablets, etc.

Having a pocket wifi was very useful and helpful to me when I visited Japan. Japan Wireless was easy to communicate with. I strongly recommend this pocket wifi provider. Thank you.
