Smooth and easy process. Worked well!

The WIFI device was sent to our hotel and easily activated. We travelled extensively and experienced no problems with the device or service. Return of WIFI device was very easy - just popped it into the nearest post box. Would recommend.

It arrived on time and the hotel just passed it over. It was easily set up, re-charged, transported and used - no issues at all! It was always working and we were very happy with it. Easy then to pack and post at airport at the end. Superb!

Worked perfectly for us, even outside of the big cities. Very satisfied.

Really happy with the service received. We had some issues with the wifi at first, but we received a new one a few hours after complaining and it worked perfectly. The process is really simple and the client support answers really fast. Will certainly use again next time!

Pick up and drop off was very easy. Worked very well for the several people in my group that used it all the time!

At first I thought I might not need a pocket WiFi but it was so useful keeping in touch with the tour group and invaluable for days when I was out alone. I have already booked it for my return trip and look foward to using it to navigate my way around Anomori for Nebuta!!
