Excellent good servive

Using the WiFi pocket from Japan Wireless was a very pleasant experience. The device worked as intended and had lasted a whole day for me. They included an extra battery pack which was a nice bonus since I forgot to bring my spare to my trip. The signal was great in many areas of Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and Fujikawaguchiko. Never had any issue with dead spots. Returning the device was also easy and they provided detailed instruction so I was able to drop off at Narita Airport just fine. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience and I will use their service again for my next trip to Japan.

Pocket wifi was waiting at my hotel upon arrival. Setup was easy, and it worked all trip as expected. Drop-off in the airport was quick and a map was provided, which made finding the mailbox simple. I would recommend.

Internet was very stable and reliable

Rented a pocket Wi-Fi, picked it up at the airport, no problem, it was so useful. My friend had a cap on her data, but she didn’t always have a good signal so the pocket gizmo was ideal. Handy to have a battery pack as well. Would definitely use one again.
