I cannot express how satisfied I am with the service I received not only from the WIFI device, but also the helpful staff.

I ordered the pocket wifi and it was waiting for me at the airport. Return is also super easy, just drop it in a POST box. Done.

Easy to use, battery lasted 11-12 hours, fast internet, good reception. Made my trip really easy.

Was invaluable when traveling as a couple. Could use cell phones and tablets each when doing the tourist thing.

Pick up at Narita was at the post office,, not the place on the instructions.

Drop off instructions need to stress that the device has to be mailed BEFORE going through customs.

Everything as promised, entirely satisfied. It's the second time and not the last !

Super easy to book, the battery lasted all day and wifi was high quality. Highly rec when you travel in Japan, they sent the device at the hotel!!

We always had enough data with this. Make sure you charge every night. Great to have the battery too both for the wireless or phone( just take your phone charger to connect). Picked up ours from Osaka airport and asked around where the shop was. Easy to start straight away. 2 of us shared this but only works when you are close to device so if you are away from each other you won’t be able to contact. Got a bit lost at Disneyland and thought an extra sim would have been great at the time. Otherwise 😊 happy. Oh and if you find you have no internet, try turning on and off.

Ordering was easy. The device was waiting for me at the hotel reception and was easy to use. The use of return envelope was also straightforward.
