Great service and very practical

Purchased this wifi box before I left to Japan. While it was a little confusing to locate where to find it I managed with the help of the wonderful staff at the air port. Returning it was even easier as it’s right before you head to your gate at the air port. The wifi box worked perfectly and was really useful. The battery on it was excellent as well. I never needed to use the portable charger that it came with it. It was very light and fit in my purse without taking much room. Would highly recommend and will be using them again when I return next year !

Very good, and brand new WiFi router! The old ones were not as reliable as these, I’m very impressed will rent again!

Worked on multiple devices simultaneously without any issues throughout the trip. Good coverage even inside buildings. Ours was only 4G but seemed fast enough.

Easy pick up and drop off! Worked great and the battery lasted all day. We were so glad we had this to help us navigate.
