Easy configuration, fast transfer, few times there was a problem with connection

The online ordering process was simple and instructions provided clear and concise.
Value for money as 15 days cost JPY3572.
Collection was easy once I found the JAL ABC counter (Narita Airport) - staff were helpful and friendly.
I stumbled through the set up of the SIM in a backup iPhone but should have just followed the instructions!
No issues with internet access/speed.
Highly recommend if you're after a physical SIM in Japan!

The Japan wireless wi-fi has been a big help to our travel.

Amazing value. Used it for 2 weeks straight and never had a problem. The included battery bank was a really nice touch and came in handy when I forgot to charge it. Will be using again my next visit.
