Went to Japan for a month for vacation and thankfully I found Japan Wireless' rental wifi on the internet. We were already in Japan when I prdered for a device online and the convenience of receiving the device was excellent. They delivered it to the nearest post office where we were staying (not in Tokyo). The receiving from the post office was so smooth and also turning on the device was so easy cause intructions were also given. The battery power of the device was sooo good that we rarely used the powerbank included! The signal was also excellent, we had wifi access to everywhere we went which was so convenient for travellers. The drop off was also smooth since there was a dropbox already at the gate of the airport. :) overall, since it was our first time to rent a pocket wifi in Japan that really satisfied our needs, I would recommend this and will rent again when we go back to Japan. Thank you.

The pocket wifi was great! Battery life was quite good though we did only have two devices vs. the maximum of 5. The only issue I had was that it disconnected randomly about ~10% of the time and half of those times a simple restart didn't solve the problem.

When I was planning my trip to Japan, I was looking for alternative methods of data because my phone does not allow and esim.

I had heard about all these different wireless companies and stumbled upon Japan wireless one day. Everything on the website is straightforward when it comes to the plan and usage. I scheduled my pickup at Kansai airport and getting the packet was super simple.

Using the Wi-Fi was so easy. Service only went out once for me, but I was able to restart the Wi-Fi device and internet came back. What's awesome is that you do get a power bank so that if you are out and about you can charge your items.

I definitely think this was very worth it and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking into pocket Wi-Fi!

Always great service. We will use Japan Wireless again soon!
