Pickup was seamless at the airport the service was reliable throughout our trip. Drop off at a post box at the end made the whole process effortless. Highly recommend!

Reliable, very satisfactory service

We used the portable wifi provided with our accommodation for the first day and it was terrible - disconnected from our devices all the time and had blind spots. Not so with Japan Wireless - not one drop out and no blind spots. Absolutely amazing. The customer service was great too - delivery and drop off easy. Would certainly recommend.

The service was great and it was easy to pick up and return the device.

The connection was stable, i did not use the back up battery but is a nice feature to have one instead of need it, 100% recommended good quality service and price, easy to pick up.

Delivery of router to hotel was prompt. Wifi service was great throughout. Rental return instructions was clear and easy. I would use Japan Wireless again and highly recommend their service.

Highly recommended. Picked up the WiFi on arrival at Kansai. Instructions to find the counter and collection were clear and it was easy to find. It tooks about 15 seconds to get connected. The WiFi worked really well throughout our trip in towns, cities, trains, mountains without issue. Straightforward drop off. Would definitely use again

Slick service - the kit was waiting for us in our hotel when we arrived. Easy to use. Quick speed with no issues when all my family (4 mobiles and 1 iPad) used it at the same time.
