Easily picked up and drop off. Speed and availability was great when in metro areas. Coverage in Hakone area was spotty and not available most of the time.

Used while in Japan for two weeks. My phone was not e-sim compatible so the pocket wifi was a great alternative. Easy to collect in the airport and just packed up the provided post back envelop and handed into my hotel reception. Received an email a couple of days later to confirm receipt. Very easy to get connected following instructions in the pack. Great service !

This wifi was excellent. It always worked to keep us connected, the battery life was long and we rarely needed to charge it, and we only ran into connectivity issues in specific circumstances (i.e., underground, in very large crowds, etc.). Additionally, the process to order, pickup, and drop off the unit were very easy making a pleasant start and end to our trip. I would highly recommend.

It was really worth getting the Wifi boxes on our previous trip to Japan. They were collected at the Airport and dropped in the mailbox at the end of our trip. We had uninterrupted wifi whilst on holiday.
