No complaints pickup was simple, easy to set up, good battery life

we have used this service when visiting Japan (5 times now - 2x times after 2022 pandemic) I recommend visitors to use this portable service when visiting Japan. It is convenient to use, easy on the budget and the return task is no problem.

It was very simple to pick up the device and all it needed was to be switched on for the device to be working.

Wi-Fi was waiting at our hotel in arrival and the service coverage was excellent across Japan. Thanks for making so easy!

The pocket wifi service was fantastic -- easy pickup at the airport, worked perfectly (I never even needed the extra battery), and dropped it in the mail just before my flight. Highly recommended!

I really liked the pocked Wi-Fi. It was really fast and I could get connected any where I went!

Easy pick up, everything nicely packaged, all charged, clean, and ready to go. Unlimited data plan affordable and reliable. Made our trip smooth and worry free. : )

Used the Japan Wireless pocket wifi solution for our two week trip to Tokyo and Kyoto. Worked brilliantly.

This service is very convenient. I usually have all the pocket wifi rentals pick-up and drop off in other countries I have been to. But in JAPAN having a rental service that is hassle free is so excellent.

They have very competitive pricing service was great got good reception everywhere I went and the battery last over 8 hrs and they supply you with a back up battery.
