We couldn't have done without the router. Process of ordering and communication before traveling to Japan was very good. Upon arrival we received the router from the receptionist at our hotel in Tokyo which was great. Explanation of use was clear and battery almost run a whole day so we hardly used the included power bank. I would definitely recommend!
