Easy, reliable and economical. I had great service during my previous trips to Japan and trust that they will earn my praise again after my upcoming trip.
I'm glad they offer long-term plans as I will enjoy an extended stay in this time.

My experience using Japan Wireless services was incredible. My pocket wifi worked perfectly and since day 1, till the day of my departure, I had access to internet. Even in small towns of Japan. Thank you.

Easy to use and fast speeds

Easy pick up and return. Will use this service again soon.

pick up and return is very easy. fast and reliable internet service.

Fantastic network and coverage.

Very fast and reliable internet connection

I booked Japan Wireless a few hours before we landed in Narita due to a conflict with a prior pocket WiFi booking in Manila. I received a confirmation email and took the risk as my booking was made hours before we got to Japan! Fortunately, when we landed in Narita, I received an email from them that they made a way to accommodate the last minute booking. We received the pocket WiFi and was fast, reliable, and most importantly, had unlimited data. Pick up and drop off were smooth and did not encounter any problems or hassle. Will definitely book here again next time we go to Japan!

Wonderful signal strength everywhere I went in Osaka and Tokushima!

Was happy with the service. Device was couriered to my hotel in time before were arrived, set up was easy, network fantastic & easy drop at the airport post box
