Everything from pick up to drop off was easy. I we don't speak japanese.

I had a perfect experience using Japan Wireless eSIM during my trip to Japan. The setup was quick and easy, and the connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay. I never had to worry about coverage or speed, even in more rural areas. Highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Japan!

I have been using Japan Wireless for years whenever I travel to Japan. Great company with very good service. I always recommend Japan Wireless to all my friends when they travel to Japan.

Perfect service! Fast connection! I recommend it!

I rented this recentlt when I went to Japan for a vacation. I picked it up after I got cleared with Immigration and Customs and got my luggage. Easy to to setup and came with it’s own battery pack. Charged it every night when I get to the hotel. It came with a return envelope and instructions so you I was able to drop it off Haneda airport post office boxes before I checked in my luggages. The airport has it’s own wifi you can use. Very good experience. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent experience with the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless during our recent trip to Tokyo, Hakone and Kyoto. We travelled as a family of 4 with multiple devices, we always had a connection and good internet speeds and the process from placing our order to collection at the airport on arrival to drop off at a post box on departure was seem less. Highly recommend and we’d definitely book with Japan Wireless again!

Used it throughout my visit in Japan. No issues.

The service is great. Sometimes, the connection gets slow especially if go to less crowded / touristy places. Overall a great deal!

Great price! Great product. I'd highly recommend this for any traveler.

Easy to buy and fast connection
