Satisfied with the device

This pocket WiFi really came in handy while visiting Japan. It worked flawlessly with simple set up and fast connection for multiple users. Connected throughout Japan and Okinawa. Would definitely recommend.

Everythings ok even if the powerbank Is only for emergency

The rented router in Japan was fantastic! Fast and stable internet connection everywhere I traveled, even in rural areas. The battery lasted all day, and the device was lightweight and easy to use. Pickup and return were quick and hassle-free. I would definitely rent it again – highly recommended for anyone traveling to Japan!

Ordered our e-sim the day before our flight to Japan and activated it at Narita Airport while waiting for immigration. Had no issues at all and was one of the least expensive plans we found. Did the 15day/10gb and still had 5gb left when. We flew out 2 weeks later. Used data mostly for Google maps and iMessage and had coverage throughout the country.
