It was my first time in Tokyo as well as not having service upon landing. I typically bring an activated pocket WiFi with me from the states but HIS was all booked for my travel dates.
A friend told me how I can grab one from Haneda Airport with a reservation and it was so easy.
I went to their kiosk, showed them my email confirmation and they gave me an envelope with a case, pocket wifi, charger+cable and another envelope with a shipping label for an easy return. All you have to do is place the contents inside the return envelope and drop it in a red mail box located anywhere in Japan! My flight home was at HND and they conveniently had a mailbox by the check-in area.
I relied heavily on google maps wherever I went and the WiFi was solid. Thank you guys!

Excellent service, perfect for our trip.

This really helped, do recommend it for traveler. It comes with cord, batterie pack and plug in. The internet is very fast

When we landed in Haneda, it was a little hard to find the pickup location for the wifi because there are so many wireless wifi providers. But once we got it, it was great! Though the portable charger didn’t charge our phone even when we had the right cord, only the wifi device. Returning the device was easy enough. Right when you get into the airport there was a red mailbox to return it to.

Worked like a dream. Absolutely zero complaints. Made our entire trip so easy to manage.

Because of website issues, i ended up ordering the same SIM produt twice. Gave them a phone call and the second order was cancelled, the problem was solved i no time. Excellent service and great experience, most appreciated!

Easy to use and return

We elected to use Japan Wireless as our pocket WiFi provider during our trip. The pick up process was slightly confusing, but mostly painless as they distribute it from a second ninja wifi counter in Haneda airport instead of the main one. However, we never ran into any issue while using it. The wifi was advertised for I believe 10 hrs charge expectancy, but we only ever needed to use the included power bank one time during our trip. Furthermore, we never ran into latency issues even with 3 of us using the same device. Return was also painless, as I just took it to a post office to ensure it was returned. One is conveniently located in terminal 1 in Haneda airport.

The product worked as expected
Very easy process to receive the product at our hotel and then leave it with concierge to ship it back. Definitely would use Japan Wireless again

It was so easy to use and we didn’t have any problems at all. Totally recommend it to rent!!
