Super service et très bon réseau surplace

Could not have been happier- Wi-Fi was brilliant everywhere we went. The device was at our hotel on arrival and it was charged and ready to go shortly after. Great coverage all over Japan and easy to drop off at the airport onto a postbox when we left

Easy and quick to purchase and setup. 5G eSIM worked much better and faster than the pocket wifis I’ve previously used.

Awesome service for visitors to Japan. Save me a lot of money using the portable Premium WiFi for our family of 3 to share WiFi. It worked well in Tokyo Disney and Osaka. There were a few areas in Kiyota where the WiFi couldn’t connect but other than that, it worked flawlessly. The pick-up was at the Hotel Bell desk and drop off was at one of the Osaka airports Mail Drop boxes. I give the portable WiFi from Japan Wireless an A+ grade.

Always use Japan wireless when traveling in Japan - reliable, easy to use, easy to pickup at airport or have had it delivered to hotel, easy to return. Highly recommended!!

Great service, reasonable price, no problem atall

Service was excellent

The pick-up and drop-off process as instructed was very smooth. The wifi devices themselves have excellent battery life with light to moderate use and have good signal all over Tokyo. Would definitely book again.
