Had a great experience with Japan Wireless during my most recent stay. Pocket WiFi was waiting for me in our hotel room upon arrival and they make it very easy to return at the airport upon departure. I would highly recommend for the price and convenience.

right choice for a 13 days stay in Japan

Very simple process, easy to follow, and a great deal for the price. Paid for a little over two weeks and used it so much walking around the country. Everyone should offer it. Would definitely use again!

Ordered by my daughter for our trip to Japan - we were very impressed that on arrival at the hotel it was waiting for us. Very easy to set up and to return at the end of the trip.

Vielen Dank

It was necessary to have wifi during the trip full time. The device came with an adicional Power unity that was very useful. Thank you.

Easy to set up and use. Worked perfectly well during my trip. No issues whatsoever. Came with a battery charger, which was a nice bonus. Picking up and dropping off at the airport was also hassle-free. Definitely recommend!

Exceeded all expectations and was a life saver.

The connectio was flawless fir the duration of our stayed in Japan.
We will rent it again from Japan wireless for our next trip in autumn.
