This was such an easy process. And the wifi was great throughout my trip. It was my only source of cell service as well using VOIP. I just kept the unit in my backpack and charged it at night. They also provide you a external battery in case you need the additional battery life for the unit.

Very good service!!!

Very pleased with the service. Unit was delivered to our hotel on arrival as promised, worked well throughout our trip and returning it at the airport was very convienent.

Worked really well during our trip

Was able to use the pocket wifi in the Tokyo area for my phone and tablet without issue.

Very easy to use and there were zero problems. Pick up and drop off were a breeze. Employees were super helpful and very kind

I use Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi for my business travels while in Japan. It has consistently arrived at my destination on time, and I appreciate the email tracking updates. The product is fast enough for regular business and communications, but not 5G quick. Additionally, the battery can last a full day with moderate usage. Japan Wireless also provides a supplemental charge pack for extended/heavy usage days. I'll continue to be a repeat customer.

Very usefull and works perfectly

Absolutely brilliant, the battery lasts a long time, the reception is excellent and means you have everything you need. The cost is extremely reasonable and was able to connect to the internet and navigate Japan. Definitely using it again when I go back

Ottime prestazioni, consigliato
