great service! no complaints period!

excellent solution, fine100%, easy and fast connection

Great wi-fi service. Product was delivered to my hotel and everything all package neatly. I will definitely use this service again!

Easy pick up and affordable price. We got good service traveling around to Hiroshima, Miyajima, Osaka, Kinosaki, Gujo Hachiman, and Tokyo. The battery life was also very good, it lasted the whole day without needing to be recharged.

It is the second time I rent this devise really useful in Japan. The only problem is the battery performance, if lucky it will be recent and good, if not it will last only a few hours…

Very easy, good WiFi

Excellent coverage with an extra recharge battery pack. Worked well for our 3 week vacation and easy collect and return

Is the best option for groups. We was 4 and we had connectivity all time.

Efficient if you remember to recharge it often. Highly recommended if you want autonomy...
