Used the wifi while travelling for work. Had it delivered to my hotel and it was there when I arrived. Drop off at Narita before immigration.

The connectivity never let me down and the battery life was enough for a full day of activity, before even using the back up battery.

Would recommend and use again!

The unit was sent to our hotel for our arrival. Simple to set up and we were away. For us it was essential for our three week trip around Japan. We could connect 5 devices and had unlimited wifi. Unit battery lasted all day but a power bank was supplied to top up the unit if necessary. The pack fitted neatly into our day bag. At the end of the trip dropped the unit in a postbox at the airport using the supplied return envelope. Great piece of kit and great service from Japan Wireless.

I received the package right in time at the address specified by me in Tokyo. Flawless wifi and internet service over the two weeks period, easy drop at mail box in Osaka airport. Highly reccommended service!

We have had only good experience with JW. No problems whatsoever, high speed and without data limit.

The eSIM setup in my iPhone was easy and effortless. I purchased and setup the eSIM a day before my flight. As soon as I landed, I turned on my phone and was up & running immediately. Most of the time I was on 4G but did see an occasional 5G connection. Connection was stable throughout the Tokyo area. Please be sure that your iPhone is unlocked with your home provider first or else you won’t be able to install the eSIM.
