Used it for 2 people, it was excellent 0 problems! the battery is a great asset

This was essential and valuable to nearly everything we needed during our trip to Japan. Using GPS, Google translate, and looking up restaurants anywhere with the wifi was a breeze. The battery did well on its on own and having the portable charger was really nice in case we were lower and too far from the hotel

Works great! Loved using it and was small enough to carry around Japan. Quite a bit more expensive this time around from last year's rental price which is why I gave a 4-star rating. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

eSIM Set-up was easy. Completed WiFi plan and set-up before arriving in Japan. Once in Japan, simply turned off our other wireless and turned on Japan wireless as our primary. Instant service and ready to go immediately upon arrival in Japan. Chose a fixed plan which reduces any type of data degradation if usage is high. Happy with choice. Highly recommend.

Throughout our 14-day trip in Japan, from Tokyo to Mt Fuji, Nara, Kyoto, and Osaka, we had strong signal with no hiccups! It's the best
