The SIM worked perfectly and the customer service is excellent.

Used this when I was in Tokyo for a week. It worked amazing. My sister, husband, daughter and I were on it. No issues on data or service.

Great product that works all over Japan, giving fast and reliable network access for data for a small, fixed fee/number of days. We're from the UK and roaming fees for data would have cost us a fortune.Very easy to use and lasts all day, coming with leads, spare battery etc. if you need it. Easy to pick-up and return using the supplied return envelope. The service is great too - any questions are often answered the same day.

Was brilliant, used it for 3 weeks while travelling around Japan & never had an issue. Always had service & would get the day out of a charge, as we were using it all day/night. Fair priced & had everything you needed to keep it charged, easy to send back when finished. Would definitely recommend & use again when going back to Japan

I recently travelled to Japan for 2 weeks and decided to rent the Pocket WIFI option. I have full internet coverage every where I was and never experience any connectivity issues.
I highly recommend for anyone who would have multiple devices.

We used the pocket wifi for 10 days. There were no issues and setup was easy.

We had the devices delivered right to the hotel , so there was no waiting in line at the airport.

Returning the devices was simple- they provided packaging and easy to follow directions.

Pretty satisfied with my experience. We went with a WiFi device instead of e-sim because e-sim is not an option for locked phones. We had pretty good signal and even streamed shows and YouTube when we had some downtime in the middle of the day. Just know that it’s an extra device that you’ll have to carry around. The power was pretty good—we only needed to charge it in the middle of the day during one instance. The packet comes with a power bank anyway. I think the most inconvenient part was that you have to carry around the return envelope during your travels. It’s a flat envelope that you insert the device & accessories into, and you can place it in a post box inside the airport BEFORE security. The airports have WiFi anyway.

Everything was as expected, no problems at all, recomend it
