Thank you so much for the amazing coverage! We used the portable WiFi for 8 days and had no issues. Easy to connect and never lost coverage when with in range, especially when in underground train stations!

Learned about this from another friend and when I was having trouble with a different eSIM company .. this outshined and came in handy

I recently used Japan Wireless’ pocket WiFi service during my trip from Tokyo to Osaka, and it exceeded my expectations. The device provided reliable, high-speed internet throughout my journey, including on the Shinkansen and in various urban and rural areas. This consistent connectivity made navigating unfamiliar places and staying in touch with family seamless.

One of the standout features was the truly unlimited data. I streamed videos, used maps extensively, and stayed active on social media without any noticeable slowdowns or data caps.

Their eSIM service was incredibly simple to set up—no need to swap physical SIM cards or visit a store. The activation process was smooth, and the data connection was fast and reliable throughout my trip. I appreciated how clearly the instructions were laid out, even for someone not very tech-savvy.

The pricing was reasonable, and I didn’t have to worry about unexpected charges. Overall, it gave me peace of mind and saved me time. I’ll definitely use Japan Estimates again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan who wants a hassle-free internet connection.

It was excellent service and very helpful on my trip.
I had no complications. Thank you.

Such a reliable service

cool cool cool cool cool

So handy to have in your bag and not to have to worry about finding wifi

Everything worked as advertised. Being able to work off of WiFi during our trip instead trying to find WiFi or use data made it very convenient.

I used Japan wireless service in April 2025 for 19 days. It was so easy to set up. Arranged to pick it up from the airport so had immediate access to internet as we used it for google maps. Never had a problem with it, battery lasted for about 10hrs and we were also provided with a portable charger which I don’t think we actually used. When I go back to Japan in the future I would use the service again. We had 2 people using it consistently with a third also using it now and again.
