Worth having when in Japan. Keep us (especially my daughter) online all day. Very helpful in navigating the city with its stable connection. Satisfied customer here.

Recently traveled to Japan and had data and talk the whole time from Tokyo to Hiroshima! My phone does WiFi calling so carrying a personal WiFi kept me connected the whole time. Japan Wireless made it easy to order a device before I left the states and it was waiting at the airport when I landed. Within a few minutes, I was up and on the internet for Google translate, maps, train schedules, and the such.I will definitely do this service again in February when I return again. It was also very convenient for returns, just package it in the envelope provided, and drop it in a red mailbox before entering the airport. Easy! Must do for any tourist to Japan.
