Wireless worked as advertised through out our stay in Japan. Pick up and drop off at the airport was convenient with clear instructions. Translation device did not work well, and we used translation websites instead.

Beside the Pickup que at the Post Office the Wireless device have been a great Help, together with the Japan official travel App i was able to perfectly plan and perform my many travels. No Matter how complicated they where. My son used IT to watch short Videos.

This was an excellent service from start to Finnish and we would not have managed without it!

Japan Wireless makes it simple and convenient to have wi-fi service while traveling in Japan. This allowed me to have constant access to internet service during my trip on my mobile phone without having to pay for international roaming charges from my phone carrier.

We travelled all over Japan from Hokkaido to Osaka during our 20 day stay and Japan wireless Pocket wifi network and Coverage all over Japan was excellent. Network speed was also great and there is no worry about data limits.
