The pocket Wi-Fi worked great for our trip. Pick up was super easy, as was turning it on and using it. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely use them again for our next trip to Japan.

Me and my partner used Japan Wireless for our trip around Japan and it was absolutely fantastic. No problems with the internet, fast speed and reliable. Also was very informative and clear on how to return the product. We would be definitely be using this product again - highly recommend.

Terrible pocket wifi. There was no signal and did not have any for the whole trip. Restarted several times and did not work.

This worked well for me throughout my trip in Japan. I visited five cities and had good coverage wherever I went. They provide a power bank so that you can use the wireless unit all day. I tried to get SIM card for my phone first and didn't work at all. So this is actually a better solution.

Portability and signal accessibility no issue.

I highly recommend this service! I had it shipped to the airport and was able to pick it up with ease. The wi-fi signal was strong and worked during the entire trip. I just charged it overnight and it would last me the entire day!

The overall experience with Japan Wireless was excellent. I picked up the pocket wi-fi at Haneda airport and simply dropped it on the postal box at the airport when departing. The wi-fi speed was great and was small enough to take it with me everywhere. Highly recommend...
