All was perfect and easy

Easy to use and reliable! We were very happy we had our pocket wifi with us. It was much more convenient and useful than we expected!

Service was excellent and easy. Packet was at the hotel upon arrival and instructions for use and return were very easy. Would use their service again.

Having the pocket wireless with us made everything we did in Japan so much simpler. It was at the hotel when we arrived, and we dropped it off on our way to the airport on the way home. Inbetween, it was on every day, all day and never once did we have no reception, even while hiking the Kumano Kodo.

The service worked very well.
