2nd time using this pocket wifi service and it has always been my go-to choice when traveling around Japan. Very reliable and fast. Suits my needs well.

We enjoyed having the pocket wi-fi with us for 2 wks in Japan. Never lost signal and so easy to use. Had several devices attached and everything continued to work perfectly.

great product!
easy order and perfect delivery. very good cover everywhere. easy installation.

Very usefull, Easy to make a reservation online, Easy to get at the Airport and to use!

The download/upload speed is stable and the service is good.

Muy facil de instalar y usar. Fácil de recoger y devolver en el aeropuerto. Excelente servicio que facilitó al 100% mi viaje. La próxima vez volveré a contratarlo.

Very reliant product. A good purchase regarding its quality and price. Both pocket WiFi and the charger had already been fully charged when they arrived, which helped a lot.

Simple à récupérer dès l'arrivée à l'aéroport et simple à utiliser.

There was no problem at all for the 15 days of use, alwais good and fast connection.

Japan Wireless worked almost perfectly, the only issue I had was at the end of a very long day (5:00am to midnight) the power to the system (ie battery within the WiFi unit & the external battery pack were exhausted). Otherwise it never lost a beat & did everything I needed from it.
