I didn't get my pocket wifi on time since the first day was a holiday and I was not informed. However, they were able to process my order and refunds as fast as possible. Plus, they were responsive all throughout.

Easy to connect and super helpful

Excellent price, customer service (had to change the airport destination and it has been handled super smoothly), easy pick up / setup & return!
Extra battery included (can also be used as standard power bank for your phone/other device) - Awesome!
