Utilisé durant 17 jours à 4 (2 enfants 2 adultes) tant à la campagne que en ville. Jamais aucun problème!
Retrait très rapide à l aéroport. Renvoi en boîte au lettre depuis l aéroport (kix).
Pochette avec boîtier et batterie externe (utilisé 1 fois lors d'une très très grosse journée).

Amazing place, all very good, eSIM excellent

Easy pick up at the airport.
Easy to use.
Internet everywhere (even in the train).
Battery last a day (recharge it every night), we didn't needed the portable battery.
Easy to return at the end of the holiday.

Would recommend to everyone going to Japan.

As always, Japan Wireless provided a reliable Pocket Wi-Fi device, delivered it on time, and there were no issues. Never had to use the backup battery while we were out and about, but carried it with us, nonetheless! Just remember to take the charging cable with you, too. (We forgot it a time or two, so would have been out of luck if we need to charge!) Easy to return, too.
