Did not encounter any problems. Excellent service.

I was told about this device. I ordered it and it waiting for me at Haneda airport.
Very easy too set up from the instructions. I had no problems at all for 8 days i used it for.
So well worth it.
I would order it again if i come to Japan again in the near future.

The title says it all. A friend for your trip throughout Japan, as we experienced.

Great service! Easy to use

so easy! The package was very well packaged and instructions were clear.

Customer service is very helpful

Good device, long battery

I'm not sure how many times I've used Japan Wireless now, but they're my no-brainer go-to whenever I'm in Japan. The rates are reasonable, the connectivity excellent anywhere I've gone in Japan, even in more rural areas, and I can count on the device being there waiting for me when I check into the hotel. Highly recommended!

I got the esim and it was easy to setup, wasn't expensive and worked as intended. Can't really ask for more.
