Adequate speeds for what I needed. Did bog down in dense usage areas such as the Tokyo Disney Resort parks.

The pocket wifi worked great. Thanks

We were very pleased with Japan wireless for our recent visit to Japan. We had no issues whatsoever connecting, and the battery lasted all day with just an overnight charge. Would definitely use this service again.

Very easy to use. Have recommended this service to others.

eSim was relatively easy to set up and email tech support was quick to respond when I had trouble activating a second eSim. Good 4G speeds and overall service. Would definitely choose Japan Wireless again on our next trip. Cheers!

eSim activation was quite easy to be done using the airport's Wifi. It works as expected, but inside some buildings, internet is a bit weak, not sure if it's the same for others, but once you're out of the premise, internet is really all well.

Vers useful and easy to get it and to use it

When the first product was not working well, they immediately respond and sent a new device the next day.
I’m so relieved.

Thank you.

Ordered and used for 3 months. Delivery and collection would be perfect. Worked perfectly for the entire period. Always great network coverage. Returns without any problems. Excellent service.
