The pocket WiFi was very reliable and the extra battery helped us have internet throughout the entire day/night.

T-Mobile claimed to provide free throttled service for customers visiting Japan. What we found was that the free service is very spotty and disconnects at the most inconvenient times.

I placed the order for two hotspots in the morning and recieved them at my hotel by the time we got back in the evening. They worked flawlessly and kept is connected for the rest of our trip.

It is so convenient to use internet anywhere and it’s unlimited

Very convenient and easy , thank you

Had both esim and pocket wifi for 9 days. No complaints at all always worked and always reliable and speed was fast didn't ever notice any decrease in speed or quality for either. Very affordable.

Easy pickup/dropoff, solid connection throughout my trip

perfect service : delivery on time at the requested location
and functioning was 100 %
I am a very satisfied customer !

I've rented this pocket wifi for 12 days and had a great experience in summer 2023. Fast wifi for 5 devices and seamless connectivity. Very easy to use, lasted all day each day, and am renting again soon for 2 weeks this summer in 2025!

I used it for maybe around 7 days and it delivered! There was consistent fast connection, even the battery life is impressive, it maybe lasts for more than 8-10hrs or more. I never run out during my trip and it comes with a power bank which I never used since the battery lasts until I can recharge it back on the Hotel.

I use Japan Wireless Premium WI-FI every year for my Japan trip and is always reliable and very useful! I will never change it!
