This service was very great for our family as our phones were all new and locked with our phone carrier. We had no other options but to pay high daily premiums for our family of 5. Japan Wireless was professional and convenient. We landed at Narita and easily found their place and received our envelope with everything in it ready to go. Would highly recommend and would use their services again!

Thank you it was so good will definitely be using it again when come back to
Japan

Es war sehr hilfreich, wir hatten überall Internet, speziell auch in Hokaido. Sehr zu empfehlen.

100% reliable, can fully recommend it! Perfect service as well. Top 👍🏻

Good battery and durability, good coverage

Istruzioni dettagliate e chiare. La ricezione del segnale è sempre stata buona, anche in aperta campagna. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi viaggia in Giappone.

this wifi device was a game changer for my stay in Japan!
being able to access all my apps, train schedules, food reviews, phone calls, texting etc was very comforting, and made my stay much easier!

Great service, simple straight forward to use, fast, reliable connection to network.

Also includes a battery charging cable and extra back up power bank.

Very convenient pick up and drop off. Modem worked fine everywhere.

We are so glad we found out about this option. It made travel so much easier.
