I purchased your 7days product and used without any problem.
The only one thing I wanted to ask you that you need to offer 14 days products.
I have to buy 7days product again since I'm staying in Japan a week more.
Thank you.

I am pleased with the service. The procedure was clear, easy, and everything worked. It was very convenient to be able to receive the device at the address I requested. Also, returning the device by post was simple. I understand that the trend in the industry is to move towards E-sim, and other solutions that avoid the need for hardware. Nevertheless, it is assuring to have a physical device that is provided locally, and is reliable. For this I am extremely grateful!

Honestly your cell phone international plans don't have the same fast connectivity that a Japan Wireless mobile WiFi does. Make sure you get one during your Japan travels. The daily rate is likely cheaper than your daily international plan.

Excellent product and service

Provided network access in most areas, which helped me navigate and communicate.

We rented 3 of these for our 2-week work trip, they worked great and kept us connected. I would highly encourage getting one for your vacation or work trip to Japan.

It was very reliable and convenient!

Best wireless service we experienced !!!! also the price is much lower than other providers. Thank You

The WiFi was delivered at my hotel on time. We had no problems with the connection. Definitely will order again

Funcionamiento perfecto, ninguna queja, toda la familia con datos durante las dos semanas, la batería dura un día entero aunque no está de mas llevar el powerbank que ya viene en el pack. Recogida y entrega sin problemas.
