Delivered right to my hotel within 24hrs and I had service everywhere in Japan, including Okinawa and surrounding remote islands. Dropped off at the airport before my flight out. Very affordable and convenient compared to the service options provided by my provider (ATT) in the US.

Great data service for any one on the travelling throughout Japan

It is having a great coverage.

Me and my family had fast internet access outside. For downloading apps etc we had to use hotel wifi due to data amount restrictions by Japan Wireless.

Great Service!
I especially liked to receive a message confirming the delivery of the parcel and the confirmation of return. This was the extra confort to know that things are working while your far away.
For the router itself - just great! Small, good battery life, no heat development and easy to use.
It kept me and the family well connected during our Japan stay.

Alquilé Pocket Wifi para un viaje al norte de Japón, la cobertura fue buena y que brinden un powerbank con el equipo fue de mucha ayuda

Product worked as intended the entire time. Customer support was very prompt and helpful

from start to finish, all was seamless. system and battery worked well . 5 stars. used my last time in Japan as well and will do so again.

Very convenient and easy to pick up, use, and deliver. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because it overheats. Melted chocolates in my bag the first day.

I would recommend Japan Wiireless to everyone, my friends had esims but had to use mine.
