Really good service and great coverage for whole famoly durong our trip to difgerent cities in Japan

The device is easy to use . Good WiFi sensitivity. Happy with the service.

My family rented two hotspots for our two week trip to Tokyo, Kyoto & Osaka. The pick up and drop off was very easy and we had great bandwidth, even in the countryside during day trips. We def will rent again on our next trip to Japan.

Everything worked as advertised from pickup at my hotel to drop off with reception when I checked out. From 12 days in Tokyo to two days in Hiroshima including on the Shinkansen every thing went well. This was my second experience with Japan Wireless and would certainly recommend their service.

Easy, quick delivery at hotel and flawless return process.

My third time to rent pocket wifi from the company...and again, no issues, it worked in all areas we went to... Even as far as Mt. Fuji. Highly recommended for tourists who wants to explore Japan hassle free.

I've used this company multiple times with great results. Great service and the best price. I always recommend Japan wireless to anyone travelling to Japan.

Setup was super easy, and it provided strong, consistent signal everywhere.
Worked great for a two week trip

The mobile wifi was a great help during our trip to Japan!

Couldn’t fault this product or service! Everything was just as the information provided. Easy to collect and set up and no wifi issues for our 2 weeks in Japan! Will be ordering this next time we go to Japan!!
