I had mine for 19days and it was the best decision. It worked great all the time except for one incident where it just stopped. But their Service was so nice, that they even offered to send me a new one, which was not even necessary, because mine started to work again after I took out the battery and put it back in.
I had connection everywhere, even in the Metro and on the mountain. The 99% were pretty much 100% to me.

Picked up at Narita Terminal 2 post office (I didn't think to look up the terminal map so finding the post office was the hardest thing about the process. It's located in the 3rd floor of the International Departure Lobby ... ticketing/check-in area towards column A). Pick up was easy and once connected, the speed was as fast as my Xfinity connection back home. The included battery pack made sure we were connected the whole day and connection was speedy pretty much everywhere we went (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, Lake Kawaguchi). Charge both hotspot and battery pack overnight and you're ready for another full day of wandering. Great service for a great price!!

The included power bank won't charge my phone but everything else is good.

Very easy to use. Extremely reliable. A breeze to get and return. Thank you!!

Easy to use. Good service. Wish the charger could charge more quickly.

We use the product now over 2 weeks and are very satisfied with it.

We’ve used the pocket wi-fi for 3 weeks now and it has worked consistently without flaws. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

WOW is what I can say. What a great deal. Travelling in Japan with a teenager who guided us with google maps, texted and a couple times conversed with his friends at home. This just helped make our trip so easy, Thank You ,

good

Package was waiting for us at the airport. Connection was amazing even with 6 devices. Had a problem once of no fault to the device or Japan Wireless ( some areas have wifi jamming ). Emailed JW at 10pm and got a reply right away with a positive fix. ....at 10pm ! With Wifi Calling and Internet for train schedules...and directions, this is a must have. 5 stars all the way.
